Wanjirũ Ngige

Wanjirũ Ngige, a founding partner of Ngige Aluvale Advocates LLP and formerly with Mohammed Muigai LLP for 15 years, specializes in Commercial Transactions and Research, Policy & Drafting. She has acted for diverse clients across various legal areas, appears in courts and tribunals, and serves as an arbitrator. She was a member of the Political Parties Dispute Tribunal from March 2022 to March 2023 and currently represents the LSK on the Committee on Senior Counsel. Wanjirũ has taught Principles of Civil Procedure and Administrative Law at Strathmore University’s School of Law, sits on the Investment Committee of the Kenya Innovative Finance Facility for Water (KIFFWA), and currently serves as a Legal Adviser to Knowledge Empowering Youth (KEY).
Wanjirũ holds degrees from Keele University and a Bachelor of Civil Law from the University of Oxford. She was called to the Bar of England & Wales by Gray’s Inn in 2007.
