Today I am flying to Bahrain to do our first international book drive. As we have been working carefully on our Muslim library model for schools in Africa, we started reaching out to other Muslim communities for guidance and suggestions. This led to a partnership with the New Dawn Society in Bahrain to organize a book drive.
While there I will also be visiting schools and educational experts in order to gain insight and advice as to the ideal book list and library model that we can implement in Africa.
