In March, we went to the London Book Fair (LBF 2024) with a big goal: to build relationships with publishers we already knew and make new connections. Our plan was to explore opportunities for book donations for a shared school and community space which also serves special needs learners.

During the fair, we had important discussions with representatives from major publishing companies like BookAid International, Panmacmillan, Penguin Random House, DK, Oxford University Press, Usborne, Tula Publishing, Simon & Schuster UK, Miles Kelly, Harper Collins, Bloomsbury, Faber & Faber, House of Zeus, and Walker Books.

These publishers learned about our initiatives and were impressed. They showed interest in enhancing our current discounts and collaborating with us. Notably, Harper Collins and Penguin Random House offered additional discounts for future orders, and Arcturus pledged both book donations and extra discounts. Moreover, emerging publishers demonstrated keen interest in collaborating with KEY, presenting compelling discount propositions.
